Each company has minor differences and it’s your responsibility to contact your insurance company to learn about your specific program. For the most part….You will receive $20 in your bank account each month if you attend 12 or more classes with us. Again, certain companies have slightly different requirements so please make sure to understand what your health insurance company offers. We are responsible for tracking attendance and submitting the data. We are not responsible for the reimbursement.
