Teen Strength & Conditioning

This program is designed specifically for teens, ages 11-14, and focuses on building strength, improving athletic performance, and developing proper movement patterns that will benefit them for life—whether in sports or general fitness.
Classes are held Monday and Wednesday from 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM.

Why Teen Strength & Conditioning?

What sets our program apart: We place a strong emphasis on teaching proper technique—especially when it comes to compound lifts like the squat, deadlift, and press. Our top priority is making sure your teen learns how to move safely, confidently, and effectively under the guidance of experienced coaches.
This is an excellent opportunity for teens to:
  • Build a solid foundation in strength training
  • Gain confidence in the gym
  • Improve performance in sports
  • Learn lifelong skills in a positive, supportive environment

Whether or not you have goals already, your coach can help you make them concrete and achievable. Our coaches can lay out a plan to meet your targets in the time you want.

Our teens develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.
