It would be nice if we could protect our teens from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t.

The best thing we can do is make them strong.

Through our teens’ fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere.

We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get teens to LOVE exercise.

 

PERSONAL TRAININg

Personalized instruction means that every second of your gym time is devoted to meeting your needs. Your personal coach can help you build a specific skill set, strengthen weak areas, gain a competitive edge in your sport, and stay motivated to reach your goals.

 

NUTRITION COACHING

Achieving your goals often depends on what you do inside and outside of the gym. Most people don’t know where to start to get the nutrition they need. With all of the contradictory information on the internet, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. You can remove the guesswork by letting one of our professional nutrition coaches develop a plan just for you.

With our customized nutritional coaching services and meal plans, you can supercharge your efforts and reach your goals twice as fast.
